Order Processing & Delivery
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days and dispatched via DPD/Royal Mail. Standard delivery typically takes up to 2 business days from the date of dispatch. If you require next-day delivery, please contact us via Instagram (@bynoor.co) prior to placing your order.

Sizing Assistance
For any sizing enquiries, feel free to message us on Instagram. Our team aims to respond to all queries within 24 hours.

Cancellations & Returns
Cancellations or returns are accepted within 14 days, provided the item is unworn and returned in neatly in its original packaging and condition. Thank you cards need not to be returned. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please note initial delivery charges and processing/restocking fees will be deducted from any refunds.
While we take great care in the craftsmanship of each abaya, if you believe your item is defective or does not meet our quality standards, please reach out to us via Instagram or email at info.noormodesty@gmail.com to arrange a replacement.
